1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Revotria AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each account is for a single user unless your plan explicitly permits multiple seats.
3. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for sending spam, phishing, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful communications. You must comply with all applicable email and data protection laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where applicable. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the platform and for maintaining necessary consents from recipients.
5. Intellectual Property
Revotria AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revotria AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload and content you generate through the Service. We retain a limited license to use such data to provide and improve the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revotria AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
